You really aren't going to be able to reduce a MB image down to 20MB without really messing it up. OlaHolaHola Community Member. What Betsy said. When you save as PDF I assume you're also compressing at the highest quality. Zipping an already compressed PDF won't make it any smaller. I sell a few files that are over the 20MB limit - I just list them as physical items instead of digital and email them to the buyer.
It's not ideal but it's all we can do until Etsy raises the file size limit.
