I've tried to figure the files out but they seem to just be random numbers, letters and symbols. It takes a minute to read all the files within it.
Give it a few minutes if you have a slower PC. On my i5 PC it took 30 seconds or so. Of course clients can screw up, there's usually a "force validate" or "force re-check" option or similar you can use to fix such things without redownloading everything.
